Who We Are

Enjoy Avto ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to help customers estimate the total cost of importing a vehicle from US auctions (Copart, IAAI) to Ukraine, including customs duty, excise tax, VAT, delivery, and our service fee.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website, why we process it, and what rights you have under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI).

Data We Collect

Account data (optional). If you choose to sign in with "Sign in with Google," we receive your name and email address from Google, verified directly by our server. We never receive or store your Google password. Signing in is optional — you can use the calculator and the auction lookup tool fully without an account. Signing in is required only to receive the registered-user discount.

Calculation inputs. The vehicle details you enter (engine type, year, price, delivery costs, and similar) are used only to compute your cost estimate.

Technical data. When you are signed in, we log a one-way account identifier from Google (not your name or email) alongside calculation requests, for operational monitoring and to prevent abuse. Your IP address is used only momentarily to enforce request-rate limits and is not stored.

Administrator accounts. If you are granted administrator access, your email address is stored so we can verify your access, and every administrative action you take is recorded in an audit log.

No cookies or trackers. We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers. If you sign in, your session token is stored only in your own browser (local storage) — never in a server-side session cookie.

Why We Process Your Data

To provide the calculator and the auction lookup tool.

To apply the registered-user discount when you are signed in.

To operate and secure our administrator panel.

To prevent abuse of our public services (for example, automated rate limiting).

To comply with our legal obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing

Signing in with Google is entirely optional and based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by not signing in again. Using the calculator itself does not require any personal data and is based on our legitimate interest in providing the service you requested.

Who We Share Your Data With

Google, solely to verify your identity when you sign in. We do not share your data with Google, or anyone else, for advertising purposes.

Exchange-rate providers (the National Bank of Ukraine, PrivatBank, Monobank) and our auction-data provider receive only the vehicle details or lot/VIN numbers you submit — never your name, email address, or account identity.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a database on infrastructure we control and is accessed only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We never store passwords — authentication of registered users is handled entirely by Google.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Account data (your name and email) is kept for as long as you have an active session with us and is deleted on request. Administrator accounts and their audit logs are kept for as long as needed for accountability and to meet legal requirements.

Your Rights

Under Ukrainian law, you have the right to: know what personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw your consent at any time; and object to how your data is processed. Children

This service is intended for adults arranging a vehicle import and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in force.
