By using this website (the "Service"), operated by Enjoy Avto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service Is

Enjoy Avto provides an online calculator that estimates the total cost of importing a vehicle from US auctions (Copart, IAAI) into Ukraine, including customs duty, excise tax, VAT, pension fund fee, delivery, and our service fee. The Service also includes a lookup tool for auction vehicle listings.

Estimates Only — Not a Binding Quote

Every figure produced by the calculator is an estimate based on exchange rates and tax rates current at the time of calculation, together with the information you provide. It is not a binding quote, offer, or guarantee of final cost.

Actual costs may differ from the estimate because of exchange-rate movements between the calculation and customs clearance, the vehicle's actual condition, changes in law, or errors in the information supplied. For a final, binding cost, consult a licensed customs broker.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, customs, or financial advice. We recommend confirming all figures with a licensed customs broker before making any purchasing decision.

Third-Party Auction Data

Vehicle and auction listing data shown by the lookup tool comes from third-party providers, and, where unavailable from those providers, from the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public VIN database. We do not control this third-party data and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Accounts and Sign-In

Signing in with Google is optional and is used only to apply the registered-user discount to your calculation. You are responsible for keeping your own Google account secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse, scrape, or place excessive automated load on the Service beyond normal individual use; attempt to bypass our rate limits or other security controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service's design, text, and calculation logic belong to Enjoy Avto. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enjoy Avto is not liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, in reliance on an estimate produced by the Service. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
